Do I need a Nexportal account to use Relay?
No. Nexportal Relay is a fully independent module — you do not need to be a customer of the Nexportal TMS/WMS platform to use it.

How quickly is a document picked up?
Pickup happens the same day or the next day, at our reduced courier rate. The turnaround time for the endorsement or validation itself varies by document type and authority.
